Day 4 of the diet.
I worked out on Monday & Tuesday, heading back to the gym today.
I'm also starting the 200 situp challenge on Monday.

I'm trying to stick to around 1200 calories a day, aiming to lose 2 pounds a week.

I'm wearing a size 12/14 now, I want to get down to a 8/10 again.

Missed out on the gym yesterday due to bad cramps, heading back this afternoon to get my elliptical on. Did 2.5 miles on the fat burner on Tuesday. Let's see how far I can get today!
