Oh boy is it hard to keep on keeping on right now. I'm doing fair with the calorie counting most days, but have just completely stopped exercising. Every day, I tell myself that I am going to get back on it. All day long, I think "I'll get around to it" and every day, I end up going to bed having done NOT ONE single exercise.
I can do better than this! I especially need to be exercising if I am going to be baking things over the holidays. I have to get my motivation back up!! If I can just be strong through the end of the year, January will be easier to handle. Then it will be smooth sailing for a while.
