Good Morning!

My goal today is to get a workout in.. I watched the Biggest loser yesterday (I recorded it and watched it in the morning) and it always helps motivate me. I got the biggest loser Wii game for Christmas, and worked out on it twice.. Need to get back in it! Its great, im just lazy..LOL.

Dinner is a close substitute for something I made homemade. I figured that was probably pretty close in content and calories to my soup. Since I am going to have a decent sized bowl, I put 2 servings
