Im not sure what's going on. I am steadily gaining weight. Maybe I am not drinking enough water. Maybe I dropped down to too few calories. HELP, Anyone?
250.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
