I started this thing yeserday.... My son is kiling himself to lose weight for wrestling... I am tryign to be supportive of him... and he brought up a good point how can he loose 8 lbs (at 148) when i can't loose weight at 400 LBS... Also tired of looking at myself... I use this app on my new Droid just recording everythign makes you realise what you really ate... My goal is to be able to get on every ride @ Hershey this year by Opening day (springtime in the park). 7 lbs a week 1 a day is all i want....
