The real reason I haven't exercised yet is because my feet hurt....all the time. So, I made an appointment with a podiatrist in 2009. I went today and they said that I have really high arches and the start of a bone spur on both of them. So, I have to have orthopedic supports and wear crocks/tennis shoes all the time. No more barefoot for me:( I love being barefoot. In a week I should be pain free...I will begin my vigorous exercise routine in a week!
