Checked my keto stick last night and it shows that I am a little dehydrated. Looks like I need more liquids in my diet so I can really get this metabolisim fired up.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
