Yesterday I was really strict with myself. I made my boyfriend a pizza and didn't touch it. Lost 1 pound :) Feeling great, so much energy! Tuna with cucumbers and arugula for lunch today...

congrats on not giving in to the pizza..I actually think your choice sounded more appealing! Just the thought of the greasy pizza sickens me..lol

Great job on the pizza. Diary looks pretty good today too. (As I'm crunching on a piece of rock candy) Just one small piece tho!

Thanks guys, I'm afraid I succumbed to a small slice of leftover cold pizza (the best kind) and a spinach crepe also leftover. I like cold food, so hard to resist, sitting in the fridge. So, no tuna today,in fact only an apple as a snack for the rest of the day... Still low on my cals for the day. Anyway, I'll do better tomorrow!!!
