Tried something new for breakfast today; the hubby didn’t have to go into work right away so I had a little time. I fried up some leftover chicken breast in a pan, spiced with cumin, black pepper, and garlic. Then I chopped up some cucumber and used the low carb tortilla wraps. Really simple, but very tasty. My hubby had his with hot sauce and regular tortilla wraps that dwarfed my small ones by quite a bit. But I felt really full (maybe even a little too full) after the meal. Perhaps one wrap with chicken and more veggies next time. Definitely a “saving it” meal to have in future.

I have physical therapy this afternoon which means I’ll be spending a decent amount of time exercising; leg presses, leg curls, using the stationary bike, and walking. It’s silly but it makes me feel a little less guilty about the 431 calorie breakfast.

What's wrong with your 431 calorie breakfast? Sounds like you need it if you are doing that PT workout. Don't feel guilty as you've done nothing wrong.

Great idea! It is the total calories for the day that count and your breakfast sounds really healthy and delicious.

That sounds like a healthy, hearty breakfast! Low carb tortillas are a real game changer, for sure.

Added baby spinach, tomato slices, cucumber, and a little cheese to the next wrap (had it for lunch, so good!). My work out today was 734 calories! Holy wow.
