Okay, been a couple of weeks and very disappointed in weight loss. 100% stuck to and cut out glass of wine in the evening. Last week was consuming around 1,000 daily. At least on a positive note the meals I am eating are enjoyable and I don't feel I am depriving myself so - onwards we go! :o)
152.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1056 kcal Fat: 24.55g | Prot: 55.40g | Carb: 121.90g.   Breakfast: Honeydew Melon, Strawberries, Tesco Blueberries, Tesco Raspberries, Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Lurpak Lightly Salted Spreadable Butter, New York Bagel Onion Bagel, Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner: Mashed Potato, Green String Beans, Baby Corn, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other: Cappuccino. more...
