I have to get back to not eating so many carbs!!! It does nothing for my pre diabetic status. Why do I not get serious about it??? As Sarah (one of my wise buddies) has said, plan my meal the day before and then i will be ready.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 December 2011:
1428 kcal Fat: 74.36g | Prot: 38.81g | Carb: 162.62g.   Breakfast: Tropicana orange juice, Butter, maple syrup, Lactaid nonfat milk, Orowheat healthy wheat bread, egg. Lunch: Honey, Butter, Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuits. Dinner: Chunky Mushroom & Green Pepper Pasta Sauce, Mushrooms, red onion, yellow pepper, red pepper, Zucchini. Snacks/Other: Butter, Jolly TIme Microwave popcorn. more...

Planning ahead makes this SO much easier. I have to agree. Take a look at my food journal. It's 6.30 am and it is full. I know exactly what I'll be eating, AND I got room to spare for little indulges throughout the day.
