Thanks all! I hope This weekend doesn't derail me but... Im going to stick to my guns make up a menu for the next two days and stick w it!! I got this! 17 days left, I can do that. No. Cheating!!!

I have a birthday party tomorrow. That always makes the weekend more of a challenge. Last weekend had multiple events. Next weekend involves out of town travel. Yep, weekends are a challenge!

Thanks!! I'm already dodging bullets today, hubby says wanna go to the bakery w me I say very fast "NO!!!!". He says why not I say bc in not eating donuts! Geesh.

Way to go Misty!! I just watched my slim little wife and daughter scarf down a cheesecake and carrot cake for late breakfast....my breakfast was black coffee. Pizza last night (I can't stop at one piece) made it necessary to continue today's fast a little longer. Big ocean swim early today (lots of wild dolphins)...very cool!!

Way to go Misty...I'm on day 6. A small slip today, ate some carrots and two tsp of cooked barley. Making soup and forgot myself momentarily. 😑 ugh
