Stuck with the diet pretty well yesterday. One little cheat of 1 square of graham cracker before bed. I didn't have any Carb Countdown Chocolate milk though. The good news - I wasn't hungry all day long yesterday.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
