I need help, so bad =[ I dont know where to go, where or how to even start. ive been trying to lose weight with a friend but hes just as bad as me. Theres no motivation or discipline/willpower. Im in college with no job, I get basically 1 or 2 meals a day. when I eat, its not always the right thing and the lack of more meals Im always tired and uninterested in exercising.

G'morning bloodflower. Talk to people here, if you relate to someones profile - send them a message (it can be about anything), they are interested and want to help - that is what is amazing about fs. OK, so you are not interested in exercising at the moment. Don't worry about it, maybe that will come later with the weightloss; but the thing is, don't worry about it. You say you are tired and lack willpower. Can you change one thing and see how it goes for you? This will be difficult to do initially if you are lacking motivation; but, try to do this one thing. Take one day to shop for the week, plan it in advance, go home and cook your meals, portion them up for how many calories you need for each meal, freeze them (soups, stews, casseroles, pasta n stuff, works well) and add them to your fs cookbook, or favorite meal. Try to make the meals as simple as possible, nothing fancy, just meats, clean veg and carbs. You now have a weeks worth of meals - you don't need to cook or wash up during the week; you don't need to worry about what you can or cannot have to eat; all your food is home cooked and freshly prepared so be good for you; your body won't feel so sluggish eating the food you have prepared rather than processed foods; you will have more energy not eating processed foods; your brain will be better able to cope without the processed foods slowing it down; and if you eat an extra meal - not a problem, you cooked it and know it is a healthy option. When you start feeling better because you are eating healthier, you won't want to stop :-). Don't forget to record what you have eaten throughout the day. Don't forget to talk to others who may be in the same situation regarding college, etc - you may find a new buddy :-) Good luck xx
