Smooth's Journal, 05 January 2010

It's never a good thing to be so busy as to not weigh-in, journal, etc. However, that's where I have found myself these last few weeks...busy, busy, busy. I want to keep an eye on that as too much work and intense focus (and not enough attention on myself and my own health) is what brought me to obesity in the first place.

That being said, my body feels like it has shifted into another gear entirely. There is a vibrancy and energy the likes of which I have not been in touch with for a very long time. Can't say much more than that or than it feels really good!

Finally, I've decided to go with a 6 days a week work out schedule and one day off. I want to work out one hour each day, with a variation on my work out to exercise different areas of my body. I can never go back to a sedentary lifestyle!
