I surrvived the 1st day of P90X- was hard, most of it was stuff I can do. And I found myself saying, OMG I cant do that- then I tried it, and I COULD do it! So YAY ME! 89 days to go! Its 7 differant DVDs one for every day of the week for 3 weeks, then a "rest" week that you do extreeme yoga. So I took my measurements, body fat % on my new fancy scale and lets see where we can take this blubbery body in 90 days! I will be honest, I realize xmas and new years and many parties are about to happen and I will do my best to get this work out in at least 4 times a week, and will aim for 7, but Im realisitc. I have 3 kids, work midnights and a bad back so Cheer me on on those days Im feeling beat up! Cheers FS Friends!
