pretty proud I stayed on track. I had to spend part of the day waiting around hospital as my daughter had surgery. I packed some lo carb high protein snacks ate approp breakfast I might have waited too long for lunch because I was really hungry and had that foggy brain. unfortunately could not be avoided
I even avoided pizza. surprised I was not even tempted!
