I started at 196. I was honestly expecting this morning that I would be 10 lbs. down, I wasn't. Only 8😕. I will not be recording weight today. I was told a good diet can make up for a bad workout but a good workout doesn't ever make up for a bad diet. I ate Taco Bell last night, I knew better, just needed something quick and my family wanted to go there. Bad Eric😠
