Almonds are a very important part of my diet. When I'm out and about, I keep some in my bag, they quicklly squash just about any craving I have rather than stopping anywhere to eat. Belly stays happy til I get home and am able to have a well-planned meal. For when the urge is a bit stronger, I also keep a tiny bit of peanut butter in my kit. Maybe I'll consider some other nuts to keep on hand here and there for specific cravings. :)
