Drink broth with sea salt. The headache is usually due to low electrolytes. I take a supplement called Saltstick that was recommended by someone who lost mega weight on LCHF. Got it on Amazon.

The adaptation process isn't pleasant. You're basically going through withdrawals. Increase healthy fats, drink loads of water, and keep the salt, potassium and magnesium levels high. And know that on the other side is a feeling SO good, you'll realize how harmful the sugars have been. It usually lasts 3-4 days, but can last up to a week. Hang in there!

Low carb headache? I hadn't heard about this.. It's been a while since I've really had carbs.. I mean, I still do here and there.. I avoid the big ticket items..still indulge in smaller ones..... but glad I know about it now, for future reference....
