Just completed Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 100. I feel GREAT! I was so tired all day today. I felt beat. At first I didn't feel sore from yesterday's workout. Then as the day progressed I felt it more and more and by 9pm I didn't think I'd be able to get up to do the workout. But I did! I got up, I pressed play and before I knew it I was done and feel great!! The time really flies by and a few minutes in I was having fun and loving it!! I can feel it in every single inch of my body and it feels amazing. This program WORKS! I Can feel it! But it's fun and I didn't want to stop! I'm using 2 lb weights around my ankles with each workout and in the first 5 minutes I started thinking I should take them off but I pushed myself and didn't and I'm so glad! I feel terrific! Tony is the best. The Ab Ripper really kicked my butt. The lower ab exercises were the worst! But that tells me this really works! I've always been so good with ab exercises and no video has ever made me intimidated before. That's my one area that I have always been able to work and keep relatively small because it's always been easy for me. But the lower ab exercises Tony does were definitely something new for me. Especially difficult after the Sweat exercises that work your core. I felt it! I feel it still!!! And I gotta say, it feels amazing! Why didn't I do this before!??!! It's like this secret weapon that all these fit, thin people have been hiding! It's no longer just about losing weight and getting into a smaller size. Now I want those 6 pack abs. I want strong, muscular (but not too muscular) arms. I want the strength and power. I don't just want to be skinny. I want to be strong and fit and feel proud of my body when I get in a bikini. My entire goal and motivation has changed in these last couple of days. And I can't believe it could be this easy and this much fun to get all of that! And I actually enjoy working out in general but with this workout I feel more alive than ever before!! I can feel in every inch of my body that this workout works! SO at the end of the day after busting my butt I know it's working. With other workouts I always feel like it may not be enough but oh no, not with this one. I know in those 35 minutes I definitely made my body work! I was right not to get P90X. I definitely would have been scared away. lol P90 is perfect!

Day 2 of 90! 88 left! I want the days to go by! I can't wait to see myself in 28 days! 58 days and 88 days!! I'm so excited! :) Thank you Tony! Thank you Beachbody!
