I took a break from recording my diet calender. I'll start doing it right now.
My boyfriend might have diabetes. He is still eating tons of carbs and sugar-loaded food although he has cut soft drinks off. I have no idea how to ask him to be healthier cause I have already told him about the complications that he will get if he has diabetes. I also hate how he says that his unhealthy diet is fine as he eats like this since young (he is a typical Caucasian) and his mom eats chocolate. The way he adds 3-4 teaspoonfuls of sugar in his milk tea shocks me. I was angry and grumpy at him because I think he doesn't know how to take care of himself. But then again, I understand that it's hard. Probably, one step at a time for him and I'll eat healthy with him too.
