Hmmmm
Bit disappointed with the weight loss. Didn't do anything different this week that I did in the previous 2 weeks. Still, it is still going the right way and I am so pleased that I am finally 10stone something again!!
So, onwards and upwards as they say, keep going Teri!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
