Joined the YMCA Friday and tomorrow morning heading out to start this journey. I am starting a ROM Aquatic class which is recommended for anyone who suffers from arthritis. Wish me luck! :-)

Focus on having fun and relaxing in the water while moving. Try swimming a lap after your class if you have never done before. Back stroke is a good way to relax and move those shoulder muscles and taking strain off you neck. I bought a "pull buoy" to help me float and relax while I practised my arm strokes. Ask at the pool front desk to loan such floating devices. Good luck!
