went to dietdoc.com very informative site. good recipes and review for starting the lo carb diet.
plan to start sunday. trying to get prepped and my mind in the change. going on vaca next week. thought maybe hold off starting but there is always a reason to delay so I am just moving forward.
I will weigh in and do waist measurement as suggested. see how it goes!
