Wow. Yesterday I was at 100% of my RDI. I really didn't think I'd do that! Today is a new day, right? Hopefully my new fitness DVD will come soon. Maybe something new and fun will inspire me to be a little more active :)
It really is too bad I can't stay home today. Trudging through the snow with my doggie would be GREAT exercise!
