Ugh I can't decide if I will journal online or not. Usually I have had better luck using a spiral notebook, but it seems so tedious. I just tend to be online more if I do this online and then not doing what I could/should be doing...decisions...decisions.
Oh well so far today I had a protein smoothie and some V8 juice which threw me over the edge for the "belly fat cure" but I also know I need veggies and that's a way for me to get them quick.
I just finished the strength progression 1 from Iron Core with the 13 pounds (2) and the 18 pound (1) kettlebells...woot! It is a hard workout, but doable for building strength. Of course being in less than ideal shape it was tough cardio-wise for me. I also did some foam rolling for about 10 minutes. I need to find something abuot that.
