Okay so today my stress level was through the roof. Normally I eat when I am that stressed but I realized when I was putting my food into the diary that I did not have nearly enough calories to meet my RDI. Kinda good. Maybe it was because today's stress was angry stress rather than depressed stress. hhhmmmmm. Tomorrow school begins again and I have to try to stay on track by not eating breakfast in the AM with my students. It is sometimes really hard to resist. Maybe if I eat a breakfast that is really filling it will work. Also, I may assign one of my kids the job of recording the food consumption so I am no where near it. I seem to eat less when school is not in session. I get very hungry at school. I will need to start this year out right!
