Not sure where to begin...I have spent the last 5 years getting heavier and heavier...unhappier and unhappier...it's time I do something about it. I don't want to be unhealthy and unhappy anymore...I'm willing to make the sacrafices...it's going to be a process but one I'm willing to stick with...
