Doing well and excited about my new challenge with my family! I am waiting a few days to weigh myself because right now I'm retaining a little water during this time if you know what i mean. Thanksgiving is over and there are no leftovers remaining, back to normal life. i am almost in the 320's and i was at 301 fat secret said almost a year to the day. I lost 43 pounds and then spent exactly a year gaining it back. water under the bridge.
Doing well and still trucking. Not thinking of the past anymore.
