Today I weighed over a lb less--but it's not my weigh-in day--that's Tuesday so we'll have to see what I weigh then. I walked home from church again and felt really good about that. It's always really cold when I start out but by the time I get home, I'm comfortable. Trader Joes is about half way so I stopped there to buy carrots and get warm. This is my 5th day and so far it's been pretty easy.
