Been on the low carb keto diet for 4 days wasn't losing any weight So I decided to track my macro's. No I should do better with the weight loss. When I do this diet I always am successful and always reach my goal and some. Best part of this program beside's the fat loss is I never feel hungry. I record my gym workout but don't eat more then my daily macro's. I keep track of macro's and don't count calories.

I agree..When I don't track I don't drop any weight. When I keep track I lose. This is about the 4th time on a LCHF diet. I plan on adjusting my macro's as I lose more weight...Your doing extremely well on yours...Great job keep up the good work..
