Really going to start this today. So far, I am trying to hold myself accoutable. Haven't had a glass of pop in over half a day. I know that doesn't sound like much, but that is really good for me. I actually feel good. No bloating or feeling tired. I forgot that I actually like the taste of water. Never really drank it much before. I think having the app on my phone to help look up calories will help, especially when I go back to work. I really need things to change for me in the weight dept. this year. I am going to be 35, and am over weight by 90 lbs. I want to have kids and can't at this time due to my weight. I don't know how much more motivation I need than that!!
