Day Three: Things are going pretty well considering that I'm on vacation with a bunch of foodies, myself included. Last night we had a gourmet meal including prime rib and loads of wine. Not exactly diet food but I was good...I only ate about 4oz of meat and only tasted the different wines. My downfall was the incredible cheese and jamon serano and the pate. And dessert was unbelievable...something called Don Pedro. Delish!! But, today is another day and tomorrow we head home. I need to come up with an exercise plan that fits my new work schedule. I'll do that on the plane...
