Just succeeded in losing 30 pounds (a little over 10% of my body weight), went down 2 pants sizes, and feel healthier than I have in quite a long time! I have decided to work this weight off in 10% increments! I have tried many different diets in the past, and have succeeded for a while, but have always been called back to the dark side of fast food... I love food, and have finally realized that I can eat many of the things that I love, and still lose weight! Can't wait to see myself 27lbs lighter still!!!
