Doing well. Need to workout more!! But the new year is here and I'm really going to do this, this year. I weighed 287 only 4 months ago and have lost 30 lbs so far!!! The curves diet really works. I really recommend it to anyone!! I have following that diet now but a little different. Adding some natural remedies to kick up my weight-loss. And believe me, out of those 30 lbs, I lost 20 of it within the last month!!! Au Natural. lol.
