This is actually my weight from last Friday, but I neglected to log it. Oh well. I haven't weighed since then so maybe tomorrow will look more hopeful. I've been doing a lot of strength training, but I'm having trouble with cardio due to my knee injury. I'll be meeting with the manager of our local gym to see what options I have there next week.
