I'm aching with exhaustion this morning- and I know that's always dangerous. I had hardly any sleep- I slept between 12-2, then 6-8. I woke hearing some strange sounds and then started to write and got a little carried away. I'm writing my novel again, and it was a scene I wanted to complete before I went back to bed. when I did sleep the dreams were vivd and a little disturbing so I feel completely shattered.

I'm going to start the day with a double whammy of caffeine and try to get some of the things I wanted doing done. Luckily the gym isn't until 5:45 pm so I have time to be up and about then back to sleeping.
