Today I am beginning my diet by starting a food journal so I can see exactly how much and what I am eating. I think if I just decrease my intake and change my diet by including more veggies, and multigrain foods I can be successful. I especially need to go back to a life that includes daily exercise. I used to exercise ALL the time and I have really slacked off.
