I went for a 6 mile run outside today! It was awesome, fun, and refreshing. I took the dog with me too. I feel like I have started my New year off on the right foot. I am not going to weigh in though til the end of the week. I know I have gained and I want to try to make that scale go down.

6 miles is awesome. I have never run that far. I just go 3-4. Good for you.
