Oh great!!! (sarcastic), I keep going down almost my lowest weight of the 14th of this month. Now....comes a 4 day holiday of partys and EATING.....ahhhhhh
181.9 lb Lost so far: 28.1 lb.    Still to go: 56.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
