New Year, New Beginning!!! I am happy with the weight I am entering New Year. I have tried many different approaches to my diet and exercise plan in the past couple of months. What I've learned again - the calorie intake IS essential if I am trying to lose weight. I can get by with just exercising if I want to keep my current weight. I am on a grapefruit diet now, and I am loving it. It's pretty easy to stick to (for me,) and I am seeing results. As the exercise plan goes - my goal is to run 3 times a week for 45-60 mins + 1-2 other cardio workouts 30-40 mins + 2 weight trainings (1 for lower body and 1 for upper body). That's it.
