Woke at 214.6, up 2.0 from yesterday as the weekly meds kick in with water retention. Traveled for day two of the med drip, then came home and did a three mile walk on a beautiful day. Got a 213.2 weigh in afterward. Fasted until 6 pm and weighed 211.6 before dinner. Nailed my calorie goal and I get to eat more tomorrow! My daughter Emily is flying in from Chicago so we will have both kids at home for half a week. Happy! Have a great Labor Day weekend, everyone!
