This morning I did not do coconut oil or MCT in my coffee. Did not do it while in Cleveland either. Didn't do too bad for house hunting all day for 2 days. Did it yesterday and had some issues regarding digestive system. Do not know how much is consuming cashews the day before or ingesting the MCT oil the day after or both. I know I missed the sharper brain feeling. Toward the end of second day I was dragging. Then had chocolate and cashews. Definite pick up. We shall see how the next 3 days go weight wise and energy wise. If I have brain fog or lag then rethink the MCT's.

I do like salads. Sometimes they do not like me. As my husband says I drink water like a fish. I have got to the point anything else doesn't taste right. For a Southerner to say that about sweet tea well......Never have been a fruit type of person. My background, we only had fruit only in season. For me it very hard these days to find fruit as good as it was growing up. They just don't taste the same and it is not worth it to try and recapture. If a peach does not smell like a peach it won't taste like one.

I use MCT oil daily - I uses exactly one tablespoon in my coffee with coconut oil and unsalted butter - Bulletproof Coffee. Sometimes MCT oil can be too much for some people. good luck

Absolutely love Bulletproof coffee. Definite energy and appetite suppressant. Ollie, what you are spouting have been debunked.
