I'm setting my goals even stricter.
My new goal weight is 170lbs and hopefully ~10-12% body fat. I'm doing this by January 1, 2017 which means a drop of 23 lbs. I'm going to be extremely focused on a vegetable, fruit, nut, and seed diet with minimal meats (fish and white meats). I'm also going to be doing intermittent fasting during this time. Eating from 12pm until 7-8pm and then fast until next day. I may even throw in some 24 hr fasts in there too.
With the fasting, I don't plan to use it to skip on necessary calories, but rather to reach the body fat burning stages more often.
I'm at 39" measure at navel which is 52% W/H (goal is 43%)
