Better on the carbs today. Need to back it down a little more. Sugar a bit high today. Calories good. Weighed today, Only up 4 pounds through all the holidays. Not too bad, if I watch it that will come off in a couple days. Fighting off a cold so not eating comfort foods is a challange.
