First day of the challange and I feel I did okay. exercising - daily goal met. water intake - needs to be much better food intake - did okay for breakfast and lunch but not dinner. I purchased the book Biggest Looser Simple Swaps, I found it motivational and had some great ideas for cutting calories. I think it will come in handy.
