First day of the challange and I feel I did okay.
exercising - daily goal met.
water intake - needs to be much better
food intake - did okay for breakfast and lunch but not dinner.
I purchased the book Biggest Looser Simple Swaps, I found it motivational and had some great ideas for cutting calories. I think it will come in handy.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
