According to the device at L.A. Fitness, my BMI is 25.9 and fat % is 20.9. I want to get back to my ideal weight of 185 with 13% body fat. I will set at goal to achieve this in June of 2010 and use this site to help me.
Let me know if you have any thoughts or suggestions.
