Well my slice of Birthday cake put me way over on my calories for the day, but if you can't eat a piece of cake on your birthday something is wrong. My husband cooked me a fabulous dinner of shrimp, scallops, red peppers, asparagus, onions and garlic in a cheesy sauce over wild mushroom ravioli - it was wonderful. Just had to resist going back for seconds. All things in moderation:)
