Do not be afraid of full-fat products, skim milk, in your case, goes through the complete removal of fat and therefore, it will be replaced by other ingredients to make it taste better: sugar.
I would suggest you to have some fermented dairy products instead of milk: cheese and greek yoghurt, the fat in them really help you feel full and it's good for your intestinal flora :)

I enjoy skimmed milk without sugar. Full fat products do increase our calorie count although they are more popular now with the low carbohydrate diets. I agree, though, that some of the low fat products are made more tasty by the addition of carbohydrates and sugars. So we need to watch where the sugars are added.

Using full fat dairy products is recommended for lchf diets. Skim milk with reduced calories and fat is still a good choice for folks following CICO or food group diets.

I have also heard that some full fat dairy is good for the skin? My mum always says that. Also, I tend to eat less if there is some fat in the food. It breaks down slower and you feel a bit fuller for longer.
